Greg Malizioso

Greg Malizioso is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IT service management and engineering. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology Services at First Advantage since October 2024, Greg oversees help desk operations, asset distribution, application support, and incident management. Previously, as Vice President of Production Support at Sterling from April 2023 to October 2024, Greg led customer-facing and internal corporate IT support functions. Prior to that role, Greg served as Vice President of Engineering at Equifax from January 2013 to April 2023, managing operations for various decisioning platforms and supervising teams focused on service delivery, including areas such as DB engineering and DevOps. Greg's earlier experience includes senior leadership roles at ACI Worldwide and S1 Corp, where responsibilities spanned program management and technical services. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from the University at Buffalo, obtained in January 1996.
