Harris Bornstein

Harris Bornstein currently serves as Vice President of Global Partnerships at First Advantage, a position held since November 2024 following the acquisition of Sterling. Prior to this role, Harris was Vice President of Strategic Alliances & Channel Partnerships at Sterling from June 1999 until November 2024, where responsibilities included managing key vendor relationships and developing new partnerships to enhance business growth. Additional roles at Sterling included Senior Director and Director of Strategic Channel Partnerships, alongside a tenure as Regional Director of Sales, focused on improving onboarding processes for companies through effective background checking and drug testing solutions. Harris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Rutgers University from 1995 to 1999.
