John Paul Basco

John Paul Basco, LPT, currently serves as the International Training Supervisor at First Advantage since October 2021, focusing on screening solutions. In addition, John Paul is the Business Owner of Paradigm House Music Studio, a position held since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as the Training and Call Quality Assistant Manager at Genpact from November 2019 to August 2021 and Training Supervisor at Alorica Philippines, Inc. from November 2010 to November 2019, both in the insurance outsourcing sector.
