Leela Krishna Y D is a technology leader with extensive experience in software development and project management, currently serving as Director of Technology at First Advantage since January 2021. Previous roles at First Advantage include Senior Technical Manager and Principal Software Engineer, where significant contributions were made to various projects such as RoadReady and integration with Salesforce. Prior to this, Leela held positions at Symphony Teleca, managing product development projects and spearheading technology migrations, and at First Advantage from June 2005 to March 2014, where responsibilities spanned project leadership and technical leadership roles. Early career experience includes software engineering at Nous Infosystems and CompIndia Infotech Pvt Ltd, focused on system design and web development. Leela holds a Master’s Degree in M.Tech (CSE) from JNTU Kakinada and a Master of Computer Applications from Sri Venkateswara University, complemented by a B.Sc in Maths, Physics, and Statistics.
