Nicole Wild has extensive experience in solution delivery and contingent workforce management, currently serving as Senior Director of Solution Delivery & Deployment at First Advantage since July 2016. Prior roles at First Advantage include Director of Solutions Engineering and Senior Solutions Engineer. Prior to this, Nicole worked at Hays as Program Director for Contingent Workforce and served as Global Program Director for Contingent Workforce at Geometric Results Inc. Additional experience includes positions at Cbeyond, Ensemble Chimes Global, Cox Communications, and Target Corporation, showcasing a robust background in recruitment and workforce solutions. Nicole's education includes attendance at the University of Minnesota and completion of secondary education at Eden Prairie High School.
