Rebecca Rosenberg

Rebecca Rosenberg, CPA, currently holds the position of Vice President of Financial Reporting and Internal Controls at First Advantage since February 2021. Prior to this role, Rebecca served as Vice President and Controller for the Atlanta Hawks from February 2016 to January 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing the accounting, receivables, payables, and treasury functions, as well as developing financial reporting processes and succession planning. Rebecca’s earlier experience includes a position as Manager in Merger & Acquisition Services at Aprio, where support ranged from financial due diligence to post-closing adjustments. Additionally, Rebecca spent several years at KPMG US, advancing from Audit Intern to Manager, providing audit services to both public and private corporations. Rebecca earned a Master of Accountancy in Audit and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
