Susan Gilbert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and service management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for Fleet Services at First Advantage since January 2016, Susan previously held positions including Manager of Fleet Vehicle Client Services at the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Customer Support at WebLink International and Customer Service Manager at POLARIS Laboratories, where leadership of a 24-person team resulted in significant improvements in response times and customer satisfaction.
