Vaidy Venkatraman

Vaidy Venkatraman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and product leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Products at First Advantage since June 2022, Vaidy enhances the digital strategy of screening products for India and APAC, focusing on improving client and candidate experiences. Prior to this role, Vaidy held the position of Senior Director at Capgemini for over a decade, where expertise in transformation consulting and business growth was demonstrated. Additional experience includes program leadership roles at Satyam Computer Services, CitiGroup, and FINRA, as well as a technical management role at America Online. Vaidy holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Phoenix.
