Nancy started their career at Financial Institutions in 2005 as a Training Manager, where they analyzed training needs, consulted with executives and managers, and developed customized eLearning classes. In 2016, Nancy joined First Alliance Credit Union as a Coordinator and later became the Director of HR & Organizational Development in 2017.
