Currently serving as an Online Banking Specialist at First American Bank and Trust Company since March 2017, Michele previously held the position of Customer Care Specialist II at Synovus and provided online banking support at Community & Southern Bank from 2010 to 2016. Early in the career at The Peoples Bank, Michele worked in Electronic Services Support and as a Customer Service Representative, developing skills in customer service, technical support, and operational systems related to banking services. Michele holds a Vocational Diploma from Meadowcreek High School and has a foundational education from Berkmar High School.
