Valerie McKenzie

Valerie McKenzie has extensive work experience in the field of IT and telecommunications. Valerie started their career in 1994 at Teloquent Communications as a Sr. Systems Engineer, where they worked until 2000. Valerie then joined Altitude Software as a Sales Engineer/Regional Channel Manager until 2002. From 2003 to 2003, Valerie worked as a Contact Center Consultant at DC Government. Valerie then moved on to Aspect Software as a Sr. Sales Engineer from 2004 to 2006. In 2007, Valerie founded McKenzie Technologies and worked as an IT/Telecommunication Project Manager until 2011. Valerie then joined MicroAutomation, Inc as a Sales Engineer/Channel Partner Director until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, Valerie worked at Tech Service Today LLC as an IT/Telecommunications Analyst. Currently, they are working as the Director of Service Delivery at First American Business Solutions Inc since 2016.

Valerie McKenzie has pursued their education in Computer Science at Cuyahoga Community College. Valerie has not specified the start and end year for this program, so the duration of their enrollment remains unclear.
