Heather Ayers has extensive experience in the finance and professional services industries. Heather worked as a Vice President at First American Equipment Finance, where they held various roles focusing on different sectors. From 2018 to the present, Heather served as Vice President - Vendor Finance, overseeing lease financing options for mid to large businesses in various industries. From 2015 to 2018, they held the position of Senior Vice President - Food & Beverage Division, where they built a cross-functional team and led the division's strategy and sales efforts. Heather also served as Vice President - Professional Services Division from 2010 to 2015, focusing on serving the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sector. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Services Representative at MetLife Financial Services from 2009 to 2010 and as an Assistant Manager in the Commercial Truck Division at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 2005 to 2008.

Heather Ayers completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Marketing, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University at Buffalo. Heather attended the university from 2000 to 2005.
