Ryan Keihm

Ryan Keihm is a Senior Systems Analyst at First American Equipment Finance, responsible for ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met in incident and problem management, as well as handling access management within the IT department. Previously, Ryan held various roles, including IT Manager and Systems Administrator at Monroe Tractor & Implement Co., where management of IT personnel, projects, and network reliability were key responsibilities. Early career experiences include positions as a Sales Specialist at Apple and a Deli Associate at Hannaford Supermarkets. Ryan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computing Security from the Rochester Institute of Technology and holds an Advanced Regents Diploma with Honors from Ballston Spa Senior High School.
