Daphane Aldridge

Daphane Aldridge has over a decade of experience in IT service management. Daphane currently works at First American Title as the Director, IT Service Management. Prior to that, they were the Service Delivery Director at Maestro Health, where they were responsible for developing and defining the service delivery strategy. Daphane also worked at Option Care as the Director Service Management, leading the strategy development and management of Service Management. In addition, they have experience as the Manager, IT Support & Training at Reliance Steel & Aluminum, where they guided the Support Team to deliver technical support to customers and resolved customer issues.

Daphane Aldridge attended the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2005, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation Level from ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level in 2013 and HDI Desktop Support Manager (HDI) from Help Desk Institute in 2011.
