Dima Todorova-Lilavois

Dima Todorova-Lilavois has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Dima is currently the UX Design Director at First American Title since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager UX at Accenture Interactive from February 2018 to October 2020. Before that, they served as a Service & Interaction Design Manager at Fjord, part of Accenture Interactive from October 2014 to February 2018. Dima also worked as a Senior Interaction Designer at Velocify from June 2013 to September 2014, and as a Senior User Interface Designer at ALEKS Corporation from May 2012 to June 2013. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at New York University, including Director, Communications / Manager of Interactive Communications from December 2008 to April 2012, and Graphic Designer from July 2007 to December 2008. Dima also worked as a Designer at Big Duck from February 2007 to July 2007, and at Florio Design from July 2003 to February 2007.

Dima Todorova-Lilavois holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which they earned from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Digital Media Design for Learning from New York University, attending from 2008 to 2011. Dima also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Design, which they completed at the Fashion Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2003.
