Kathleen Rigdon

Kathleen Rigdon has extensive experience in user experience design and management, currently serving as UX Manager and previously holding roles as Lead UX Designer and Sr. UX Designer at First American Title since July 2021. Prior to this, Kathleen was the UX Design Manager at Zigzy, where responsibilities included defining and implementing UX strategies and coaching product managers on user insights. Kathleen also worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at Zigzy and as a UX Designer at New American Funding, overseeing all aspects of UX design. Earlier positions included Art Director/Project Manager at WHA | William Hezmalhalch Architects, Creative Specialist at The Creative Group, Owner/Designer at Cherish Creative, and Creative Lead and Design Project Manager at The No Nonsense Group. Kathleen's career began as a Senior Graphic Designer at attic rush and as Owner and Graphic Designer at B.O.W. Design. Educational background includes attending Suid-Natal High School from 1995 to 1999.
