Mary Cruse has extensive work experience in IT customer service and support. Mary started their career in 1990 as a Manager of Agency Management at PARS/Worldspan and later worked as a Director of Internal Customer Support at 24 Hour Fitness. From 2004 to 2006, they served as a Manager of Pyxis Customer Care at Cardinal Health. Mary then joined Integrated Oncology as an Associate Director of Oncology Client Services from 2006 to 2012. Mary also had involvement with the Remedy Application as a User Group Participant from 2000 to 2003. Mary's leadership skills were showcased in their roles as President of the Board of Directors at HDI - Help Desk Chapters Inc - One Association from 2009 to 2014 and as the LA Chapter from 2007 to 2009. Mary then became a Speaker at large in the support industry starting in 2004. Mary's most recent position was at First American Title, where they began as a Director of IT Customer Services from 2012 until their promotion to Senior Director - IT Customer Service in 2023. In this role, they led frontline internal and external support teams, including a 24/7/365 Service Desk and executive support, and received awards for best support desk and customer experience.
Mary Cruse attended California State University, Northridge from 1977 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Mary also earned another BS degree in Business Management during the same time period. Prior to that, they attended Simi Valley High School from 1974 to 1977. Additionally, Mary obtained an Emerging Leaders Certificate from First American, but the exact date of its acquisition is unknown.
