Lead Help Desk Analyst at First American Financial

Tom Kozlik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tom began their career in 2000 as a Financial Services Representative at SunTrust Bank, where they gained experience in customer service, sales, and loan processing. Tom then transitioned to First American Title Insurance Co in 2003, initially working as a Closing Agent before being promoted to Helpdesk Analyst and eventually becoming a lead. During this time, they provided technical support for real estate closing software and collaborated with software developers to improve the user experience. In 2007, Tom joined Technology Integration Group as a Systems Engineer, focusing on unified communications and specializing in ShoreTel VoIP and Xirrus WiFi solutions. Tom returned to First American Title in 2013 as a Senior Help Desk Analyst, supporting software used by title agents nationwide and working on escalated issues and compatibility testing with third-party vendors. Finally, in 2016, they took on the role of Lead Help Desk Analyst, leading a team of analysts and overseeing quality control and process creation.

Tom Kozlik's education history includes attending the American Institute of Banking in 2003, where they studied Law and Banking. Tom also attended Crystal River High School, focusing on English, Psychology, Sociology, and Creative Writing. In terms of certifications, they obtained the HDI Certified Support Center Team Lead certification from HDI in 2019.
