Srimoyee Ray

Srimoyee Ray is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Human Resources at First American (India) since February 2021, Srimoyee also holds the position of Manager - Human Resources and Cluster Lead focusing on Employee Experience. Prior to this role, Srimoyee worked at Accenture from July 2015 to January 2021 as a People Advisor - Specialist. Earlier in the career, Srimoyee gained valuable experience in human resources at Cognizant from June 2010 to June 2015 and completed a summer internship at Lupin in 2009, working on a project related to business process automation in SAP-Hiring. Educationally, Srimoyee holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from IISWBM, Kolkata, and a BSc in Psychology with an MSc (Part I) in Applied Psychology from the University of Calcutta.
