Sara Lipsey Hovav is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and operations. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at OurCrowd since September 2018, Sara partners with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals and supports employees with HR-related inquiries. Previous roles at OurCrowd include HR & Operations Manager and Funds Project Manager, where Sara managed operations, employee benefits, and coordinated fund launches.
