Previously, Javier worked as a Senior Credit Officer at Americas Leading Finance, LLC, negotiating loan terms and developing auto finance products. Javier's career began in 1999, providing customer service and managerial roles across various companies, including fleet management at RJ Reynolds and supervision at 5 à Sec Dry Cleaners. Javier holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Universidad Central de Bayamón, along with additional qualifications in appraisal and adjusting from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón.
