John Shepardson

John Shepardson has a solid background in the financial industry, with a focus on operations and administration. John started their career at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Consultant in 1998 and worked there until 2002. After that, they joined American Express as a Supervisor until 2003. John then transitioned to EY, where they held the role of Manager from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they worked at iParametrics, LLC as a Director from 2007 to 2009. John returned to First Bank NJ as an Assistant Vice President from 2009 to 2010. John then joined EY again, this time as an Executive Director and served until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Crowe as a Senior Manager. Currently, John holds the position of EVP & Chief Operating Officer at First Bank NJ starting from 2021.

John Shepardson has a diverse education history. John first attended the University of Michigan from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. After a gap of several years, they pursued further education at the Boston College Carroll School of Management from 2003 to 2006. There, they obtained an MBA with a focus on Business Administration. More recently, from 2019 to 2021, John attended two schools simultaneously. At The Wharton School, they obtained a Certificate in Leadership. Additionally, they enrolled in the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and earned a Diploma in Banking.
