Risk Management Team

The Risk Management Team at First Bank NJ is crucial in ensuring the long-term safety and soundness of the bank by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks. The team is led by the EVP Chief Risk Officer and includes the Senior Vice President - Credit Officer and the AVP, Fraud Specialist, who work collaboratively to manage credit risks, detect and prevent fraud, and develop strategies to protect both the bank and its customers.
