Shawna Rowe

Shawna Rowe, CBAP, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in compliance and marketing. Currently serving as a Compliance Officer at First Bank Iowa since August 2019, Shawna has previously held roles as a Digital Marketing Manager for Huff Land Company and as Marketing Director for Village Inn Restaurants & Matco Holdings, LLC, where responsibilities included updating web content and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple locations. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Marketing & Communications for Classic Charters, LLC, where Shawna led marketing efforts and client communications, and as Vice President of Business Operations for Waterloo Black Hawks, managing financial operations and customer relations. Shawna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations/Image Management from the University of Northern Iowa.
