Vicki Gerou

Vicki Gerou is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at First Bank in Upper Michigan since August 2016. Following the merger of Northern Michigan Bank and First Bank in November 2017, Vicki has played a key role in managing HR operations for a workforce of 128 employees across nine branches. Prior to this role, Vicki was the Vice President of Human Resources at Northern Michigan Bank and Trust for a brief period after transitioning from a long tenure at Michigan Civil Service as a Human Resources Specialist, where responsibilities included managing HR operations for two state correctional facilities. Vicki holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University.
