Courtney A Olson

Courtney A Olson is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in business banking and commercial lending. Currently serving as SVP and Managing Director of Business Banking at First Bank Chicago since July 2022, Courtney has also held similar roles at First Bank of Highland Park since September 2016 and previously worked at NorthSide Community Bank as Vice President from January 2003 to September 2016. Courtney's expertise includes relationship management, loan origination, and underwriting in real estate and commercial and industrial lending, along with residential mortgage and consumer loan origination. Additionally, Courtney was active in Rotary District 6440 as a member and Vocational Committee Chair from 2008 to 2012. Educational credentials include an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management (2008-2011) and a BA in Business Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (1998-2002).
