Eric Schaff

Eric Schaff is currently the Business Banking Team Lead, Vice President at First Bank & Trust, a division of HTLF Bank. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at Vista Bank and Lubbock National Bank, focusing on commercial lending and credit analysis. With a background in economics and experience in financial statement analysis, loan covenant monitoring, and collateral management, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge to their current role. Additionally, Eric has completed a Graduate School of Banking program at Texas Tech University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lubbock Christian University.
