Courtney A Olson

Courtney A Olson has over 19 years of experience in the banking industry. Courtney A is currently employed at First Bank Chicago as the SVP/Managing Director of Business Banking since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at First Bank of Highland Park from July 2020. Before joining First Bank of Highland Park, Courtney had a long tenure at NorthSide Community Bank, where they served as the Vice President and was responsible for relationship management, loan origination and underwriting, and business development. Additionally, they handled residential mortgage and consumer loan origination. Courtney A also had a previous role as a member of Rotary District 6440 and Rotary Club of Northbrook from 2008 to 2012.

Courtney A Olson completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a concentration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 1998 and 2002. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management from 2008 to 2011.
