Henry Raphael

Henry Raphael is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. since March 2016, currently serving as Head of Financial Transactions. In this role, Henry has successfully overseen bank cashiers and ensured compliance and accuracy in financial operations, while enhancing customer satisfaction through effective service strategies. Previous roles at First Bank include Head of Non-Financial Transactions and Relationship Manager, where Henry demonstrated strong leadership and client relationship management skills. Prior to First Bank, Henry gained valuable experience at InSourcing Limited, performing roles such as Customer Service Officer and Account and Clearing Officer. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Ibadan and a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from The Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti.
