Joe Barbato Jr.

Joe Barbato Jr. is a Business Development Associate at First Bank of the Lake since July 2023. Previously, Joe worked at Billtrust from November 2017 to July 2023, holding various roles including System Support Engineer and Senior Support Specialist, where responsibilities included monitoring billing systems, troubleshooting customer issues, managing escalations, and optimizing support processes.
