Adam Lancaster

Adam Lancaster has a diverse work experience in the banking and financial sector, starting from their role as a Collections Manager at Alliance Federal Credit Union in 2003. Adam then worked as a Financial Advisor at UBS Financial Services, where they built and maintained a book of investment clients. Following this, they served as a Collections Analyst at State National Bank before joining American Bank of Commerce as a Commercial Loan Analyst, where they were involved in various aspects of the lending process. Adam then moved on to PlainsCapital Bank as a Senior Loan Review Analyst, responsible for financial statement analysis and loan review. Adam later joined First United Bank Texas as a Vice President Loan Review, where they played a key role in ensuring compliance and promoting the overall health of the bank. Continuing their banking career, they worked at TexasBank as a Senior Vice President Commercial Lending, building and maintaining banking relationships and providing customer service. Adam then served as the Banking Center President at Prosperity Bank before joining First Bank Texas as a Senior Vice President. Adam has extensive expertise in credit analysis, bank exam preparation, commercial lending policy creation, loan grade recommendations, and commercial underwriting.

Adam Lancaster earned their BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University, where they attended from 1998 to 2002. Following this, they pursued a higher degree and completed an MBA in Finance from Texas Tech University, studying from 2007 to 2009.
