Greg Hahn

Greg Hahn has extensive experience in the banking industry, specializing in commercial real estate and construction loans. Greg started their career as a Construction Loan Officer at Life Bank, where they helped establish a successful construction loan division. Greg then moved on to IndyMac Bank as an Assistant Vice President, managing a diverse portfolio of residential construction loans. Greg later joined KeyBank as a Portfolio Manager for residential construction loans. Greg then worked at PFF Bank & Trust as a Vice President, focusing on commercial real estate and construction loan relationships. Greg then joined US Bank where they held various roles, including Special Assets Relationship Manager and Vice President of Special Assets, managing a complex portfolio of troubled commercial real estate assets. Greg's most recent role was at Preferred Bank, where they served as a Vice President for the Real Estate Industries Group. Greg is currently employed at First Bank as the Vice President for Southern California Commercial Real Estate. Throughout their career, Greg has demonstrated expertise in negotiations, market analysis, financial analysis, asset management, and customer service.

Greg Hahn completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Marketing Emphasis from California State University, Fullerton in 1992. Greg also pursued Real Estate Appraisal at Fullerton College and completed a certificate program in Light Construction Development Management at UC Irvine.
