Kurt von Steinbergs has a strong background in the financial services industry, with significant experience in leadership and relationship management roles. Kurt currently serves as the Managing Director & Market Leader for First Bank, overseeing high-performing teams in Orange County, San Diego, and the Inland Empire markets. Prior to this, they were the Market Leader for U.S. Bank in the Inland Empire market, where they led the Commercial Banking group. Kurt also spent nearly a decade at Wells Fargo Bank, where they held positions as a Regional Sales Manager and Senior Relationship Manager, managing a portfolio of client relationships for public and private companies.
Kurt von Steinbergs holds an MBA in Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Kurt also obtained a BA in Economics from Colorado College and attended Oxford University's New College, where they studied at the Institute for British & Irish Studies.
