Shelley Seifert

Shelley Seifert is the current CEO and Chairman of First Bank. Shelley has extensive experience in corporate leadership, having served as Executive Vice President in various capacities for PNC and National City Corporation. In their current role, they are responsible for a staff of 1,900 employees and a $200,000,000 budget. Shelley has served on numerous corporate committees, including the enterprise risk-management committee, business leadership council, and foundation. Ms. Seifert routinely works with the board of directors and regulators to ensure that the corporation is aligned with needs.

Shelley Seifert has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor's of Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Her field of study is finance and financial management services.
