Stacy Clay

Stacy Clay is an experienced leader in both the banking and education sectors. Currently serving as the Midwest Retail Lead and Director of Community Affairs at First Bank since June 2018, Stacy oversees Midwest Retail Banking while directing charitable giving, community reinvestment, and outreach initiatives. Additionally, Stacy has been a City Council Member for University City, Missouri, since April 2018. Prior roles include Deputy Superintendent of Student Support Services at St. Louis Public Schools, Director on the University City School Board, Executive Director for College Summit-St. Louis, and Outreach Specialist for the Black Leadership Roundtable. Stacy holds a Master of Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Saint Louis University.
