Jackie Lavallais, PHR, SHRM-CP has a comprehensive work experience starting in 1988 as an Assistant City Controller III at the City of Houston. Jackie then transitioned to become the Director of Human Resources at First Baptist Dallas in 1993.

Jackie Lavallais, PHR, SHRM-CP obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Houston between 1982 and 1987. Jackie further pursued their education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resource Management from Amberton University between 2003 and 2005.
