Jeff McLaughlin

Jeff McLaughlin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching, counseling, and media production. Currently serving at First Orlando since May 2011, Jeff operates as a Marriage Coach, Premarital Counselor, Wedding Officiant, Live Marriage Event Speaker, and Campus Pastor for young and married adults. As a Co-Founder of Life After PTSD, Jeff focuses on healing connections for individuals affected by trauma. In addition, Jeff founded Marriage Blueprints LLC, providing coaching for couples to achieve thriving partnerships. A skilled Media Specialist and Marketing Director, Jeff creates content and develops strategic partnerships to enhance business growth and foster connections. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Religious Studies, and Psychology from the University of Central Florida, as well as a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
