Michael Gordon

Michael Gordon has a strong background in the culinary industry, with a focus on executive chef roles. Michael started their career at Bouley as a Chef de Partie in 2001 and then moved on to work as a Banquet Chef at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from 2003 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Savory as an Executive Chef before transitioning to Paulaner Brauhaus NYC in 2013. From 2014 to 2022, they worked as a Corporate Executive Chef at Brooklyn Winery, District Winery, and First Batch Hospitality. In May 2022, they took on the additional role of Director of Finance and Analytics at First Batch Hospitality. Overall, Michael Gordon has extensive experience as an executive chef and has also expanded their responsibilities to include finance and analytics.

Michael Gordon attended Wesleyan University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies, with a concentration in Chinese Language and Literature. Michael also attended The Culinary Institute of America from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained an Associates degree in Culinary Arts.
