Michael Gordon has a strong background in the culinary industry, with a focus on executive chef roles. Michael started their career at Bouley as a Chef de Partie in 2001 and then moved on to work as a Banquet Chef at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from 2003 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Savory as an Executive Chef before transitioning to Paulaner Brauhaus NYC in 2013.
