Dmitry Mironov has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dmitry started their career at Nypro as an IT Manager, where they implemented various changes and upgrades in the IT infrastructure. Dmitry then joined OmitraPlomboTrade as an IT Manager and Web Developer, utilizing their skills in PHP development.

Dmitry later worked at Mars, where they held several roles, including Global SAP instance Roll-out project lead and Development coordinator, and Global Infrastructure support team Manager for Messaging & Collaboration services. During their time at Mars, Dmitry managed projects, implemented processes, and provided support for various IT services.

Dmitry then moved on to Dentsu Aegis Network Russia, where they took on the role of Head of Analytics, Data, and Compliance, and later served as Head of the compliance group, Project Manager, and Product owner. Dmitry played a vital role in migrating development processes to an agile way and implementing ITSM processes.

In 2017, Dmitry joined First BIT as the Head of Customer Services, overseeing customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.

Most recently, Dmitry became the General Manager at SilverBulleter's, LLC in 2020.

Dmitry Mironov pursued their education from 1994 to 1999 at Tashkent State University of Economics, where they obtained a Master's degree in World Economy and International Relations.
