Brenna Powers

Brenna Powers is an IT Service & Support Specialist at First Business Bank since February 2024, providing technical support and maintaining network performance. Prior experience includes working as an IT Technician at Bstock.net from March 2022 to February 2024, where troubleshooting for Windows and MacOS devices was performed, along with managing help desk calls. Brenna also served as a Security Forces Apprentice in the United States Air Force from June 2022 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing inventory, safety procedures, and customer service. Educational background includes a degree in IT Systems and Security from Centriq's IT Career Program and completion of an IT Support Bootcamp through Tek Ladder, both from February to September 2022.
