Cooper Wage

Cooper Wage is a seasoned banking professional currently serving as the Vice President of Commercial Banking at First Business Bank, where the focus is on providing banking solutions to closely held companies in the Greater Milwaukee Area, particularly in the manufacturing and logistics sectors. Previously, Cooper held a similar role at Old National Bank, working primarily with privately held clients in the trucking and manufacturing industries. As the owner of Midwest Power Gym, Cooper combines passion for strength athletics with business acumen, addressing the lack of suitable facilities for powerlifting in the area. Additional experience includes positions at BMO Harris Bank, where Cooper managed business lending solutions for a diverse client base, and as a powerlifting coach at La Crosse Central High School. Cooper Wage holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
