Douglas Brodzik

Douglas Brodzik is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate financing. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at First Business Bank since January 2020, Douglas previously held significant roles at BMO Harris Bank, N.A. from October 1987 to January 2020, including CRE Regional Sales Manager for Southeast Wisconsin and Minnesota, Director of Commercial Real Estate for the Minnesota CRE Middle Market, and Vice President overseeing the CRE Department for the Wisconsin Region. Douglas holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
