Jim Hartlieb

Jim Hartlieb has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, currently serving as President of First Business Bank since September 2009. In this role, Jim manages and develops banking relationships with mid-sized companies generating revenues between $5 million and $100 million and leads a business development team of commercial bankers. Prior to this position, Jim held the role of Regional President at AMCORE Bank from March 1998 to September 2009, where Jim managed a team of bankers in Wisconsin to enhance revenue and client value. Jim's career began at American National Bank, where Jim served as Assistant Vice President from June 1993 to March 1998. Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa, earned between 1988 and 1992.
