Jodi Chandler

Jodi Chandler is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at First Business. Jodi has previous experience as an office manager and board member. Chandler began their career as an office manager at Urso & Associates in 1984. Jodi then became a board member at Pecatonica Area Schools in 2004. Jodi chaired the Negotiations and Personnel committees during their time there. Chandler has been with First Business since December 2009.

Jodi Chandler has a degree in Human Resource Management from the Human Resource Management School at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Jodi also has certification from HRCI in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and from SHRM in SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

They work with Barbara Conley - General Counsel, Brendan Freeman - President First Business Trust & Investments, and Michael Losenegger - SVP, Credit Officer. Their manager is Corey A. Chambas, President & CEO.
