Eric Hartman is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in managing diverse teams and enhancing operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at First Call Environmental since February 2020, Eric has held multiple leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations and Regional Manager, overseeing the operations of five locations in Virginia. Previously, Eric managed traffic control operations at Emergency Traffic Control from August 2018 to April 2021, ensuring safe conditions for roadway workers while minimizing disruption to traffic flow. From August 2015 to February 2020, Eric was the Sales Manager at Dixie Paving and Sealing, focusing on sales and service for asphalt and concrete. Eric's career began at Chesterfield County Police Department, where Eric served as Police Lieutenant until retirement in October 2015, bringing extensive experience in law enforcement and leadership.
