Billie Morgan

Billie Morgan is an experienced professional in community engagement and impact, currently serving as the Senior Director of Community Engagement & Impact at 211 Broward since 2006. Morgan has also held the position of Director of Training and Staff Development at 2-1-1 Broward since July 2017. Previously, Morgan owned Awareness Solutions, offering training and consulting services focused on communication and support for individuals with disabilities until March 2024. Furthermore, Morgan managed the Behavioral Health and Special Needs Program at 211 Broward, providing essential social services and support through the 2-1-1 Helpline, and served as a Social Services Coordinator at United Cerebral Palsy from February 2003 to June 2006. Education includes a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.
