Tracy "Tray" Schuldiner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Before that, they worked as a Development Associate at Dade Christian School/The Master's Academy, focusing on grant writing and communications.

Tray's early career includes a role as the Chief Operating Officer at SMS Aerospace, where they led the acquisition of a multi-million dollar aviation repair facility. Tracy “Tray” also has experience in human resources, sales, and special projects at g. Neil Companies and M&M Aircraft Services.

Tray began their career as an Executive Assistant to the Director of Claims/Provider Relations Specialist at Family Health Plan-HMO. Tracy “Tray” also worked in software documentation and customer service at FHP Software.

Tracy "Tray" Schuldiner has a diverse educational background. They obtained a Master of Administrative Arts degree from Barry University in 2011, following a Bachelor of Liberal Studies with a specialization in Psychology from the same institution in 2010. In 2004, they acquired a certification as a Grief Recovery Specialist from the Grief Recovery Institute. Additionally, they completed a Graduate of International Coaching Federation Program in Life and Executive Coaching from iPEC Coaching in 2002. Tray also pursued Psychology studies at Broward College in 1999 and continues to study the field, having returned to Broward College in 1998. They obtained a System Administrator & Processing Certificate from Xerox Academy in 1987.
