Vanessa Hawkins has extensive experience in administrative support and office management, beginning with CSC Consulting from 1999 to 2004 as an Office Manager, overseeing administrative and facility operations for approximately 120 employees and developing project plans. From 2005 to 2009, Vanessa served as Manager of Office Administration at Pardee Homes, handling reception scheduling, expense reporting, and coordinating meetings. A volunteer role at Regal City Music from 2009 to 2011 involved assisting the Music Manager with administrative tasks and event organization. Since 2011, Vanessa has worked at First Call Staffing as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, and Customer Service representative, providing support to various companies with tasks such as call screening, data entry, and office supply management, utilizing multiple software programs including Microsoft Office.
