Bashar Tufaha

Bashar Tufaha has over 23 years of work experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and technology services. Bashar started their career at Accenture as a Technology Services Consultant, where they were involved in data conversion for a core banking implementation project. Later, they joined Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank as the Head of Technology Services & Architecture, where they led teams in maintaining critical banking systems infrastructure operations and implementing multimillion dollar core banking systems. Currently, Bashar works at FCT as the Head of IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture & Transformation, where they lead teams in developing IT strategies/roadmaps and designing custom solutions. Bashar also chairs the Architectural Review Board and Risk Register Committee.
