Caroline Hétu

Caroline Payne currently serves as the VP of Operations in Real Estate Investment Management at Fundrise, following a prior role as Senior Director in the same department. Before joining Fundrise in March 2021, Caroline operated as a consultant for clients in private equity from June 2018 to February 2021. Caroline's earlier experience includes a position as a Senior Consultant in Strategy and Operations at Deloitte from March 2017 to June 2018, and a decade of service as a Naval Aviator in the US Navy. Caroline holds an MBA in General Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Peace, War, and Defense from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
